Welcome to Shoot to Thrill! These Terms of Service (ToS) outline the rules and regulations for using our website and services. By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue using our services.

1. Data Collection

Shoot to Thrill collects and processes the following personal data provided by our users:

• Full Name
• Age
• Email Address
• Phone Number

The primary reason we collect this data is to comply with legal requirements for participating in paintball activities, which require a signature. Your data acts as a digital signature, providing proof that you have consented to participate.

Additionally, with your explicit consent, we may use your email to send promotional offers, updates, and other marketing communications via a third-party email service provider, Drip.

2. Data Usage

We will only use your data for the following purposes:

• To comply with legal obligations for participation in paintball activities, where we store your data as a digital signature.
• To contact you regarding our services.
• To send you promotional materials if you have given your consent.
• To share your name, phone number, and email address with Adwise, our marketing partner, to create more targeted advertisements based on your preferences, provided you have explicitly consented to this.

Emails sent through Drip contain unsubscribe links, allowing you to opt-out at any time. You may also unsubscribe by contacting Adwise directly.

You can withdraw your consent for data sharing with Adwise or stop receiving marketing communications at any time by contacting us directly at erhverv@adwise.dk.

3. Data Retention

Personal data provided by our users will be retained for two (2) years, after which it will be securely deleted from our systems.

For users aged 15 or under, the data will be stored until the end of the day. For users aged 16 or 17, their data will be stored until the end of the day, and further stored only after parental consent is received. Once consent is obtained, the data will be stored under the same conditions as adult users.

4. GDPR Compliance

Shoot to Thrill is committed to protecting your data under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). As a data subject, you have the following rights:

Shoot to Thrill uses a third-party email service provider, Drip, to manage and automate email communications with users. All marketing and service-related emails are sent through Drip, which provides the option to unsubscribe from these emails at any time via a link included in the email.

If you have any issues with unsubscribing, you may also contact us directly or Adwise for assistance in stopping email communications.

7. Children’s Data

We do not knowingly collect or process personal data from individuals under the age of 13 without appropriate parental consent, as required by law. If you are aware of a child providing us with personal data without consent, please contact us, and we will take steps to delete such data immediately.

8. Security of Your Data

We take the security of your personal information seriously and use appropriate measures to protect it from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, please be aware that no data transmission over the internet is entirely secure.
